During the meeting

Keep your drink, documents, and phone with you.Do not move somewhere private if you feel uncomfortable.Remember: being polite never requires you to stay.

Afterward

Let your trusted contact know the meeting has ended.Block and report if someone ignored your boundaries or community rules.Share more personal information only gradually and deliberately.
