Do not put your phone number, home address, or social accounts in a listing. Share contact details gradually and only when you feel comfortable.
Block and report
You can block a member or privately report concerning behavior from her profile. Serious reports are sent to the moderation team immediately.
Shared housing
Do not transfer a deposit until you have checked the property, the person offering it, and the agreement. Avoid sending identity documents to unknown intermediaries.
Travel
Keep control of your own money, documents, tickets, and accommodation access. Always have an independent way to leave or return home.
