What our team reviews

• That the applicant is at least 18, based on the document provided.
• That the applicant appears to match her document and live verification video.
• Whether the application details are reasonably consistent.
• Technical warning signals as supporting context for a human reviewer.
• Reports, listings, and stories before or after publication when moderation is required.

What verification does not guarantee

• Future behavior, character, or compatibility.
• Ownership of a property, validity of a contract, or housing conditions.
• The safety of a route, booking, transaction, or payment.
• Professional legal, immigration, financial, or medical advice.

How verification materials are handled

An identity document and short video are required for review. They are encrypted outside the public website, limited to authorized administrators, and access is logged. After a decision, the files are automatically removed according to the retention period; the audit record does not contain the files themselves.
