Potential errors can be submitted through the support channel with the page address, the statement in question, and a source when available. Reports should not include another member’s personal information.\n\nEditors review the original source, the current page, and whether the issue changes a reader’s decision. Minor spelling or formatting corrections do not alter the editorial review date. Changes to safety steps, local facts, policy, or recommendations update the reviewed date.\n\nIf a page cannot be corrected immediately and the error could create risk, the page is moved to draft or retired. When a stronger page already answers the same intent, the old address receives a permanent redirect. When no replacement exists, the page returns a removal status rather than silently sending readers to the homepage.
